1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OpenHousePage (openhousepage.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

OpenHousePage provides done-for-you property website creation services, including custom domain registration, website design and development, neighborhood data integration, and listing description writing. All services are described on our pricing page.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are one-time fees unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of order.
• Hosting is included for 6 months from the date of delivery. Extended hosting is available at $19.99/month.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing orders.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver completed property websites within 72 hours of receiving all required materials (photos, property details, MLS information). Delivery timelines may vary based on order volume and completeness of materials provided.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds as described on the pricing page. Each revision round includes up to 5 changes. Additional revision rounds are available for $79 each. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

6. Domain Registration

We register a custom .com domain on your behalf based on your property address. Domain registration is included in the service fee. You may request a domain transfer to your own registrar at any time for a $29 transfer fee. Domain availability is not guaranteed and is subject to third-party registrar availability.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos, descriptions, and property information you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this content for the purpose of building and hosting your property website. We retain ownership of website templates, code, and design elements.

8. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all property information provided.
• You confirm that you have the right to use all photos and content submitted.
• You are responsible for compliance with local real estate advertising laws and regulations.
• You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

9. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver your website within 7 business days, you are entitled to a full refund. Once a website has been delivered, refunds are not available, but we will work with you through the included revision rounds to ensure satisfaction. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.

10. Website Takedown

When your property sells or your hosting period expires, we will take down the website. You may request early takedown at any time at no charge. We may also take down websites that violate these terms or contain prohibited content.

11. Limitation of Liability

OpenHousePage is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We do not guarantee that our services will result in the sale of your property.

12. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Neighborhood data, market trends, and comparable sales information are provided for informational purposes only and may not be fully accurate or current.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion if these terms are violated.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which OpenHousePage operates.
